At Operation Veterans Care (OVeC), we are committed to strengthening families and building resilient communities through compassionate, action-driven support programs.

Founded on the principles of service, advocacy, and community empowerment, OVeC works to address real-life challenges faced by vulnerable populations—particularly families of children with autism and developmental needs. We believe that every child deserves access to safety, support, opportunity, and a community that understands them.

Our work is grounded in a holistic approach. We recognize that families do not face challenges in isolation, which is why our programs are designed to support basic needs, emotional well-being, service navigation, and developmental growth all at once.

Through our core initiatives, we provide:

• Essential Support through the Spectrum Food Pantry, addressing food insecurity and sensory-based dietary needs 
• Emotional and Peer Support through our Autism Parent Support Group 
• Guidance and Advocacy through our Autism Resource Response Team, helping families navigate complex systems 
• Creative and Developmental Enrichment through Spectrum Studio, offering arts, sensory play, and skill-building experiences

To support the social, emotional, and practical needs of families—especially those raising autistic children—by providing accessible programs, fostering community connections, and promoting inclusive opportunities for all.
